Putting on a condom

It-s a fact of life that some men don-t know how to put on a condom. Don-t put on a superior smirk and don-t feel embarrassed- there-s no need for either of these attitudes. Some guys have little experience when it comes to sex. Others have little experience regarding the use of condoms and prefer to go natural every time. So what? We all have to learn sometimes.

Fortunately, putting on a condom is not a big deal at all and any man, or woman for that matter, can get the hang of it in almost no time at all. If you feel you need to practice before attempting this during sex, by all means go ahead. Condoms can be bought from any pharmacy or, if you don-t feel like informing the pharmacist about your activities, you can use the vending machines.

What you need is an erect penis or something that looks like one, such as a banana or anything else that has the general shape of a penis and does not bend during the test. Break open the pack and take a condom out. Open the foil by tearing away one side and be careful about it. Remember that is very important to keep the condom undamaged. If you manage to botch this step and tear the condom, get another from the pack. Never use a torn condom during sex because it-s perfectly useless. It won-t protect you from STIs and it won-t protect the lady from unwanted pregnancy.

Next, remove the condom from the torn foil and look at it. You will notice that a small tip is hanging on one side of the condom. Be careful though because this tip contains a bit of air and trapping air inside the condom is not a good idea. Grab the tip between your thumb and forefinger and squeeze the air out. And while keeping your fingers on the tip, place the condom on the head of your penis with the tip up. Use your other hand to roll the condom down the length of your shaft.

And this is the final stage of the whole process. Now you are ready for sex and armed with the knowledge of how to properly put on a condom. The last thing you must always pay attention to is to prevent air from entering the condom because it will form pockets that are very likely to break during sex. Also be careful to buy condoms suited to your size otherwise the condom might start to slip off your penis at the worst moment possible. If you are completely new to condoms, buy a couple of sizes and try them all to see which fits you best.

When you-re done, pull out and start taking the condom off. You-d better do this out of the bed, some distance from the lady-s vagina. It would be a bummer to have sex with the condom on only to spill the load while taking the thing off you. The best way to remove it is to grab the tip as before and start pulling your penis out. Wrap the used condom in tissue paper, throw it in the garbage can and go wash. Now you-re all done.

When does big become -too big-?

I-ve yet to meet a man who thinks that his penis is big enough. Of course, I know that hypothetically such men exist. I-ve read forum postings from men who say- -Oh, I don-t need extra inches-. Still, I haven-t actually met a member of this rare breed. All the men I know want to increase their penises, even though they are unlikely to openly admit their dream or discuss the issue. Despite recent scientific advances which have made penis enlargement far easier than before, men are still reluctant to discuss penis size. Unless they can back their bragging up with a truly massive member. In that case, bragging becomes habitual and very annoying.

We-re living in the age of big things. Big planes, big buildings, big trucks. Big penises. Everybody can join the trend and pick one of the many methods to enlarge his penis. This is a pretty normal thing to do for a man with a small penis. What I really don-t understand is when men sporting six or even seven-inch penises are interested in penis enlargement. Nothing and no one has the right to prevent a man from enlarging his penis, but if he-s already big enough why on earth would he want to be even bigger. In theory, the only limit on penis size is the body-s capacity to keep lengthening the tissues in question. In practice, however, men should take a minute to think that many, if not most, women cannot easily accommodate a penis longer than 8 inches.

Even 8 inches is a bit big for a lot of women, but a penis this size can still be used with ease. Above 8 inches in length, the penis turns into some sort of fashion or power statement. There-s no practical use for anything above 8 inches, unless the owner chances himself upon a really tall lady who happens to have a longer than usual vagina. While the vagina can stretch to accommodate most penis sizes, an 8-inch penis can be a genuine threat to the uterus. Trust me, the repeated bashing of the cervix by the penis head is not on any woman-s -Things I-d like to experience- list. Moreover, vaginal orgasm is not achieved by deep penetration of the vagina. The most sensitive part of the vagina is a 4-inch stretch of tissue located at the vagina-s entrance.

So, as you can see, it-s a good idea to know when enough is enough. Trying to go the extra mile and get that 10-inch penis is a feat of willpower, but there-s no practical purpose to it. There-s little pleasure in being hurt by the penetrating penis, so many women will refuse to have sex with a man who-s too well endowed, while others will insist on being very careful. Frankly, the last thing on my mind when I-m all undressed and ready to go is to be careful.

Exercising - why you should take the trouble to do it

Exercising is a bore for many people. Although workout fans like to claim that others are simply too lazy or too spoiled by the modern sedentary lifestyle to exercise on a regular basis, this is not always the case. Some people have far too busy daily schedules to squeeze in another time and effort consuming activity. Not to mention that a significant number of people find the endless repetition of the same movements more than a little boring. Truth is exercising can only be considered fun by people who love such things, while other manage to focus their entire attention on results and ignore the boring routine. If you are unable to love or ignore the boring part, then you probably find exercising a burden.

However, this attitude is not very good for your health. You may have a highly paid job that takes away all your waking hours and you may think that you can tank it until you-re in the forties and can afford to lay back and relax. But this nice scheme doesn-t always work out the way it-s supposed to. By the time you reach the forties you may not be in a position to lay back and relax and your health may not be in top shape precisely because of neglected exercising. Simple things like 30 minutes of jogging or aerobics per day can go a long way toward reaching old age with a sound heart and a better shape than most.

I know that people are impressed by wealth, but money can-t buy your youthful health back, not to mention the fact that they are also useless when it comes to love. Or so other people say. If your busy lifestyle had brought you high blood pressure and high cholesterol, then money is not going to solve these problems. But just a little exercising everyday could make the difference in your old age. It should also keep you from acquiring a spare tire around your waist. More importantly, if you want that successful young exec look, then you simply have to stay in shape. You can-t afford to look soft and flabby.

So it can be boring and time consuming and doesn-t always help you relax in any way, but it does help your body cope with pressure and it does help your endurance at all levels. Most of the members of the opposite sex will also find a fine shape more attractive that a fat wallet, especially if you-re looking for short-term relationships where long-term financial power is less relevant. So stop crowding your schedule with so many tasks every day and make room for a little exercising now and then.
